I think we all know that the company, i.e., us, took out a $1M patent litigation loan within about the last year. If BR is working on contingency and, as some of you claim, R &G was also, the question is, where did that money go? And if we were paying R & G, as I believe, did we really pay $1M for that thoroughly mediocre presentation at the Appeals Court?

If they were billing us at $3K per hour, or even $4K, both within the realm of the possible, that comes to at least 250 hours spent on our case. To me, it seemed like our lead attorney put his presentation together in the cab on the way to the courthouse, I can't imagine how it was a product of 100's of hours of work.
