The explanation offered in the video was unsatisfying at best. Why not wait for an announcement of increasing AS after they are able to communicate more substantive news?

Also, have they really explored all possible ways for non-dilutive financing? There are other nano-caps with inferior or less interesting products that are really creative in this regard, selling tax-loss credits etc..
