I was also under the impression that Dr Hirsch was full-time management, but this 10K lists him as a "consultant" and being paid $7000 monthly. As a consultant, not an employee of OWCP, does this allow Dr. Hirsch freedom from liability for his decisions and, does he maintain his own personal liability insurance contract for his decisions while in a "consultant" position?

Also read that Mordechi is the only qualified member of the audit committee. Apparently they are trying to change this to satisfy requirements for uplisting/SEC requirements. They are needing some independent members on this committee.
