Just to be clear on the narrative that some here have claimed, there was NO negotiation down of the Delaware debt. It was always going to cost $2000 to remove but DE SOS listed $330K to scare the company into talking with them. It was a concocted message board story in order to make investors believe the CEO was a great negotiator.
