maybe they use beluga bc its cheaper than aircraft carriers which they cant afford -though there are occasional stories about russia's plans to build a big carrier
remember when this old tub was passing through the waters off britain to syria and everybody was watching it-and if i remember right the carrier had some embarrassing troubles-they really do send tugboats with it
