Think how much Kbm spent in Lawyers for years, that 88K cost them a fortune. this is a massive victory. They spent years fighting HJOE and wouldn't settle. There interest rates would of been 50 times this 2K a day late fee etc. Penalty interest. HJOE cost them a fortune in lawyer fees frustrated them and this is a win.
3 years at 2K a day penalty in default on loan was 2,190,000 MM. Was that usery lol. This sends a message to toxic loan guys. They spent fortunes on lawyers and motions etc. Trying to win the point etc. After all that they got 28K small interest compared to what they wanted and guess what no Stock LOL. But they spent fortunes fighting.
