Watching a television commercial that says:
"If you try to stop smoking without Chantix
You just might experience withdrawal symptoms."
You think !!
The worst was the third day / I smoked 3 packs a day for over 40 years.
I quit cold turkey / did not want a new brain chemical.
My son used Chantix and experienced nightmares.
He is still working on quitting and has now managed to get down
to less than a pack a day. No pill drug.
I was half toppled leaning on the door frame / every bone and joint
in my body hurt. It was so bad it was ridiculous. My wife on day #3
says: "Welcome to detox how do you like it ?!" I went in to work anyway.
That was February 2013.
I won.
It is like winning a state championship
in basketball in Indiana as a kid (Boy's Club).
Which I did.
