I'm appalled that Nader has asked for this 100m without ever fully explaining beyond the Proactive Video. That's taking shareholder for granted IMO. It's particularly galling that they want more incentive shares when the PPS is an a multi-year low.

That said, I will vote 'yes' for the 100m increase because the alternative certainly won't help the company.
