The last thing I an going to do is listen to the interpretation of the SEC complaint by some basher with an agenda, who puts his own spin on it and tries to pass it off as "the truth" as to what the result is going to be.

You have no idea what the finding of the complaint is going to be. Neither do I.

I will wait for for official information on anything stemming from the complaint, not the opinion of some basher trying to twist it into something to fit ones own agenda to put the company in the worst light possible. IMHO
