I suppose anytime you have a new apps that infringe an existing patent.. they have to request to additional info. that really warn a grant.
agreed.. 90% vs 30% .. how can you ignore the 60% improvement?
Joe summarized OWCP patent attorney's response pretty well. I think we have a good chance to get this patent.
"OWC's patent is a combination of CBD, THC, and CFZ, and claims to be 90% effective. These are the main items that will differentiate our patent for grant. Wouldn't be surprised if the next response is a patent grant. Would expect to hear back in 1-3 months from the last response just based on patent office backlogs"
