There's a bunch of pre-market trading going on, currently 7173 shares and last trade at $2.40. I am guessing there will be a gap up at the open. Bid/ask at 2.39/2.40. It was great of Rory to put out that SHAC yesterday, that definitely helped get people on the same page regarding what's happening with the company.
