People also get easily confused over timelines pertaining to MJ and those pertaining to hemp products. I highly doubt they would give this management group, which also has a person working on the inside with COFEPRIS, an indication that the permits would be re-issued in May if they intended it to be in the fall.
COFEPRIS may be slow like most government agencies, but they have absolutely nothing to gain by lying to this management group all while they're making statements to the press saying something entirely different.
That's what the BS artists like to spin over on LieHub. COFEPRIS being later than they expected is par for the course given their track record so far, but I think fourth quarter is going a bit far.
Unless they literally are being deceitful, we should be ready to ship massive quantities of private label products for CBD Life inside of the 2nd quarter.
Anyhow, it won't matter as much, with the new share structure in place, if indeed they land those major U.S. distribution contracts that they spoke of.
