Re: Shovelhead80ci #181
Just out of curiosity, can you tell us at which brokerage house you are trading SFIO? Most have reported the ability to buy & sell SFIO at this point now that the ticker is no longer in a DTCC 'global lock' though likely there are still a few brokerages which are not allowing trading because of the current OTC markets status of 'caveat emptor'/'dark or defunct'.
The wash trading noise of a few MM's algo bots going back and forth each day likely pales in comparison to the kind of activity and volume we would probably witness if only George Roth would wake up and put out a press release of some kind giving us a status update for this corporate shell. Until there is any fundamental movement with the company the ticker trading is probably just fluctuating noise but that does not mean the ticker could not randomly begin moving higher on scarcity of supply.
What SFIO shareholders really need to see now is Roth to come forward with some sort of corporate action. If he is no longer around or having anything to do with the company there is no telling who could takeover this entity and do a reverse merger or other sort of consolidation with the company. There appear to still exist UK patents though the plan for licensing and/or royalty sharing with another micro cap venture likely never actually materialized. At least the ticker is no longer globally locked at the DTCC. I guess one step at a time. No one can know what the future could bring. The float is still about 400M shares so if ever some real corporate action and or business started up again in SFIO there is no telling how high it could sky rocket. Back when SFIO was ramping up the first small marketing test run with a small website and a few units the stock ran almost up to ten cents. Time will tell.
Good luck to all.
May the force be with you.
