Thanks for finding and providing this but as been noted, the info in this report was attained through CNA Insurance... maybe that's how you came across it but I wonder how many folks are getting to see this info in that report that was commissioned through a grant... no mention of when this report was done or put out and to who or how many got or get to see it...

CNA has known of and promoted Cogosense for a number of years now... I was looking to find indication of a date and there are stats and data from 2015 which leads me to believe this report is 'older' not anything that's just been introduced anywhere... it's unfortunate that neither Cogosense nor On4 Communications are getting the word out.
