Have to agree with you here.
The CEO had diarrhea of the mouth when he needed to disclose all his "sales" contracts, PL's, and other businesses of Hexagon.
Yet when it came to details of the above and the structural issues of disclosing information of a public company structure it was next to impossible for the CEO to open his mouth. All while shares keep getting dumped on the market.
Must have been a complete accident that he forgot to notify shareholders for six months that he did a toxic deal with Canouse. In fact he forgot to even tell his CFO about the deal.
