All parts of the rejection are based on one thing, Simon's patent. Simon's patent is CBD based and claims 30% effectiveness. OWC's patent is a combination of CBD, THC, and CFZ, and claims to be 90% effective. These are the main items that will differenciate our patent for grant. Wouldn't be surprised if the next response is a patent grant. Would expect to hear back in 1-3 months from the last response just based on patent office backlogs.
