Yeah, the FDA would never allow something like that. Fine was complaining about the 3+3 protocol having to start at the 350mg dose. But this is how phase 1 is done. If you gave a protocol starting at 1200mg phase 1, day 1, the FDA might laugh you out of the building.
Also it is great having you with real world experience here vs theoretical. For example, as you have also told us, IV is not the way to go here with leronlimab. So many issues in the real work practice, it is better to stay with sc injection.
