The man was overwhelmed by events completely out of his control such as: the decision in the 9th CA, the Federal budget fiasco, the First Data buyout and finally the SCOTUS Alice patent law chaos. I give him credit not only for keeping us in business through this turbulent time but bringing us to the cusp of success. Yes, I believe him when he said 2019 is our year (at last!).
