I don't usually comment publicly, but to correct a previous erroneous remark,Mark Kay told me, during cocktail hour, at the shareholders' meeting, 3 ago - so about 2 1/2 years ago - that he expected to sell the company within a year. I'm no one special and there's no reason to believe he didn't say the same thing to others, too.

I have posted this on numerous occasions, as well as his statement that he refused to give a number as to how much he was hoping to get.

People believe what they want, that's a fact.
