Agree, I think White allowed Dustin to convert some Series-B shares into 300 Million common shares for the sole purpose of getting 60,000 SWS shares. And, we all read what White posted in his most recent Blog about the value of those SWS shares. Basically, Dustin stands to get a whole lot of SWS shares that will be worth some good money as long as he keeps his ANDI shares until close of business today. He would be crazy to try and sell his free ANDI shares today.
