My read on it says the NATIVE Americans who live in the AREA are in dire need of more than seasonal fishing to sustain them , their towns , their schools , their medical needs , and their way of life. Many have already LEFT.
Only option choice IMO is mining. GOOD GREAT PAYING JOBS YEAR ROUND
