IMO Mark upgraded when he did because he believed the revenues would be coming in sooner to justify the move. That being said there have been delays and set backs that needed to be over come (which it appears they have been).

So it is what it is folks. And in terms of why aren't people scooping up more shares? Simple fact is many people are content with the shares they currently have and aren't willing to put more skin in the game and are just waiting for SFOR to deliver. Which I still believe they will!
