Nope. That's not what I wrote. I'm not a company insider so I dont know how long B-OM will "sit on the shelf".
A deal could come any time. I think it will likely be in Q4. Hoping for one by the end of the year. No clue on how much dilution if any. We'll have a better idea of financials with the filing in a couple weeks.
