There were a couple of posts long ago citing the rules for staying with our current OTC status. I can't find the rule to requote, but if I recall correctly SFOR had 30 days to trade back above .01. Since it hasn't, it will be in a warning stage for 6 (?) months. To get off the warning stage, it will need to trade above .01 for several (10?) days. That should happen as long as some good revenue news comes by that time. We will see.
Sorry that I can't recall the exact wording, but someone will do that for us.
