1. Uplist to a better exchange.
2. Previously stated $10-12 M rev commitment for Punch TV.
3. Previously stated $192 K per airport per year at full rollout.
4. Share Structure
There are many questions about each of these areas that have been left unanswered. My prediction is if we are on track with what we have been told revenue wise, the SP will soar, if the SS increases significantly and the revenues don't the SP will be in a lot of trouble.
