We're in to May next week. If "advanced discussions" is less than a non-binding term sheet how long do you think it will take?
Deals with 8-9 figures upfront take time to close. I doubt we close something if the first half. Q4 more likely than Q3 in my opinion. This is biotech. "Most immediately" easily encompasses the rest of this year. It takes as long as it takes. As long as we get a solid deal.
