That makes a lot of sense to me and that's pretty much what I thought. That is also why I think 1Q earnings report on May 15 will help a lot.
In addition there aren't a lot of companies out there that don't have a lot of debt. Although it may indeed by wise to take on some debt to help fuel growth. Being on NASDAQ and showing recurring revenue ought to help get better rates on loans.
Hopefully all these factors will get noticed by NASDAQ investors who read the earnings reports.
