I agree tier 1 investors know the value of money and low risk. Imo, that is why we have tier 1 investors in the first place. They can see the huge potential of Verb's products. It is very low risk to them at the SP they paid. Had the tier 1 investors thought there was a lot of risk involved, they would not have given Rory the time of day imo.
