M-58, I am a long time cheerleader for Ntek. Every startup company has problems and financial challenges. Law suits are not unique but fairly common in business. Look at annual reports of even major companies and litigation is something lawyers are involved with. Ntek is trying to resolve issues and be a successful company. Many of us longs have been supportive of the company's efforts that's why we are here. So the question is "why are you here?". Do you want NTEK to fail?
