This is confusing to me. Btw, Manhattan Beach is either considered part of California's so-called Silicon Beach or it's close enough since MB is right next to it according to the definition below.
"...third in addition" - hmm, maybe they mean this is their 3rd addition as in they've added offices in Newport Beach and Manhattan Beach in CA and then the Utah location. So, three offices added . Of course, they have four total when you include Hollywood.
