Where are these NSS? When shares are not delivered, people complain and it gets reported as fails to deliver. FINRA shows nothing of the sort and the SEC would for sure be able to find that out and they have never mentioned a thing. They have, in fact said, it was more unsubstantiated malarkey and the Judge agreed.
