"Hi Mr. I heard back this afternoon and all I can say at this point is that Justice Chipman did make a ruling on Tuesday; however, counsel for IBC Advanced Technologies has filed a notice of application for leave to appeal that decision. There is an emergency hearing scheduled for tomorrow to consider a motion for a stay of the Supreme Court proceedings, pending the outcome of an appeal, if it proceeds to that stage. As far as I am aware, the temporary sealing order on the file remains in effect."
(IMHO) It would seem that UCORE did receive a favorable outcome in this matter and IBC is appealing that decision. Comments? This is all public information, so we are back in court tomorrow
