I rely upon Alan J. Bailey the CFO, the man has a impressive background and is a registered CPA. At his age in life I don't believe he's going to do anything that will tarnish his reputation. He doesn't control Steve in anyway but he sure does sign the Financial Filing Reports.
This leaves me to believe one thing they are pretty accurate.
Well Guilt by Association has hurt many a person, professional as well, I read all about Jonathan D. Leinwand, P.A when he showed up on the letter and into the wee hours of the morning, I never found where he has been suspended from the SEC or OTC, could have missed something not sure, but as of now he's what we got and he can do the work for the SEC and OTC.
