Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempt for a possible report to the SEC:
It is recommended that the following iHub users be investigated for:
- Order placement for buys on April 23 and April 24.
- Order placements for sells into bid prices - especially for small amounts.
- Order placements at artificially low prices - below the next immediate order above - for amounts that are subsequently cancelled - particularly for "intimidating amounts" [above 5,000].
