I do not anticipate that $TMPS will have any problem rapidly recruiting the requisite aircrew and groundcrew to operate the Tristar fleet.
$TMPS - with its fleet of "special mission" aircraft on multiple long-term DoD contracts will be well-known to US military aerospace retirees as a prospective employer.
In addition, the Tristar was much loved by members of Royal Air Force 216 Sqn. If sufficient US citizens of "the right stuff" are not forthcoming in the required timescale, there will be an opportunity for former RAF personnel to be employed using the EB-3 Visa "skilled professional" fast-track immigration process.
