When jockeying for position on the bid, bear in mind that at this price levels FINRA rules allow each MM to set their own minimum threshold for display.
Currently this is 2,500. One of the tricks used by the bashers is to sell into the bid (or short it) to put minimum bids below the threshold. As a result I have part filled bids at .3950 and .4000.
