SLam67. I do believe the matter being brought up was just an attempt by iHub "soft" bashers to get cheap shares. It took a lot of personal restraint on my part yesterday not to tear into one of them yesterday particularly regarding her outrageous and disrespectful comments about the sort of people that trade in the OTC in general and $TMPS in particular - she shouldn't assume that everyone is like her - and she isn't even a high-profile trader with a credible success record.

Had the post been made on here I would have deleted it as "deliberately misleading".

The "movers and shakers" on the iHub board appear to have debunked the suggestion - some of them have been following $TMPS a lot longer than me and clearly have been communicating with key personalities involved.

In my opinion it would make no sense for TriStarAir LLC to separate off from Tempus Applied Solutions Holdings Inc which is a long-term established defense contractor - with several ongoing multi-year, multi-$M contracts for special missions aircraft - which also has the main base maintenance facility and is an authorized aircraft parts manufacturer (which will be needed to maintain the Tristars).

I agree that a $TMPS PR - confirming the arrangements and timescales for getting the Tristar aircraft redeployed from the UK to the USA and into service - would be useful.
