Mo, there is a fairly large difference between $50M upfront and $100M upfront.
I think many here would consider $50M upfront and maybe $200M in milestones in exchange for 85% of royalties would be selling for pennies on the dollar. I personally think it would be a very solid deal, would ensure the survival of IPIX and rocket our stock over $1.
$100M upfront is a titanic deal and will send us over $2 at the open.
No one other than you will actually discuss what they think the impact of a deal would be. They'll poo-poo $50M all the way up to deal day and then proclaim victory when it arrives.
