Notice the current O/S is 4.96B - the 1.4B reduce, but it was 4.64B -
the 1.4B reduce
back on Jan 31, 2019 so there has been 300M dilution for
the last 3 months which is why we've seen so much
pressure on the stock.
The good news IMO is we won't see anymore of this
type dilution needed with the launch of 2nd PL there
will be a FLOOD of CASH FLOW coming in and anymore
FUNDS SB needs on top of that should come from the
1a filing which I expect SB intends to secure in the next
few weeks with a successful 2nd PL launch and other
deals he will announce.
That's my hope anyway.
