Thanks for the most generous offer but I respectfully decline. Although I do run my own company since its inception therefor having some expertise in that field and although I have spent 35 years in the health care field my skill set does not encompass what would be necessary to fill KB's shoes.
What is expectedby the stock holders is accurate filing of documents nothing more.
