There are really only two things I know in this discussion. First, I don't have enough information to "know" what was expected by most or even by anyone other than myself. Second, neither you nor Commando has enough information to "know" either. You have opinions but that is all they are. Could they be correct? Yep. Could they be wrong? Yep. Again, I'm betting on the latter.
