It is irrelevant when the money actually comes in.
The USN put out a requirement which would have been expressed in terms of readiness and fuel off-load capacity within given timescales split between operating locations.
The company has clearly shown that it can fulfill the requirement with its ex-Royal Air Force tanker fleet to the satisfaction of the USN - which is why they were the successful one out of 3 companies in the running for that particular requirement.
As clearly stated in my authoritative brief at sticky # #580, there is more work available than any contractor can deal with - so there is no doubt that the full amount the USN has signed up to for "fuel by the hour - pay as you go" will be forthcoming.
It doesn't matter when the wider investing community discovers this by whatever means: today, tomorrow, next week or in the next quarterly report.
In the meantime, those that sit on the sidelines will get left behind whilst savvy traders and military aviation experts who understand the situation position themselves for the future with an inventory of shares at a variety of price points so that they always have enough to trade.
