On April 18, 2019 a revised Attorney Letter was issued that replaced the Attorney Letter dated April 1, 2019

One can view the changes, and I can say, they are understandable, but one
new addition baffles me as I cannot see where a Mr. Scott has any "biographical information set forth in the Report".
Who is Mr. Scott?
Does anyone have any answers, or did I miss something in the Report?
