"We're desperate"? Poor choice of words.
Desperation is a very strong motivation.
If you are out in the ocean in the water,trying to avoid drowning and fighting off sharks,and someone comes by with a lifeboat,you will take what you get.You won't say "No I'll stay here and wait for a comfy cruise ship to rescue me".
If IPIX was desperate,they would have likely taken a lesser deal already.
Some shareholders like you may be desperate but that doesn't mean that the company is.
Someone else now suggests that IBD is now stuck in the mud.How numb is that?
Most "intelligent people" who go "mudding" bring a winch along for just that purpose.Our winch IS B-OM.
