As far as "Gallagher coming through" some people completely forget the timeline for the procurement cycle (based on standard 60 day billing cycles) was thrown into complete chaos by the Federal Budget fiasco (Continuing Resolutions, no budget until 10/1, a 35 day shutdown). Consequently the earliest SFOR could see a Federal dollar paid is April although June is more probable. This is exactly why I look forward to the 2Q19 fins.
