I totally agree with you.
He is doing things "his way".
This is very dangerous way of running a business. He needs to be aware of justice system when his ass taken to the court. This is a public running company not private. He has duties to his shareholders. I don't give a damn you like it or not, you run a business for best shareholder's value not the other way around.
