Look at last year’s attorney letter. OTCMarkets has the published date at March 13th, 2018 but the letter is dated March 9th, 2018; 4 days difference. March 9th was a Friday, March 13th was Tuesday.
So, this time around on Friday April 19th, Berman tweeted OTCMarkets has the letter. Question is do they actually have possession of the letter or does Berman consider dropping it in the mail on Friday the same as OTCMarkets having the letter. Also, I think OTCMarkets was closed on Friday.
IMO I wouldn’t get overly concerned until at the end of Wednesday and there is still no letter posted. Berman said they have it so I trust they do; however, this mess should have never happened in the first place.
