Anyone with any degree of intelligence, one that is marginally higher than that of a certified moron, should know that certain statements found in a 10-K are pretty standard and identical to those found in similar documents.

With regards to OWC, "dilution of your ownership interest" statements are found in all of the previous end of year reports. Easy way to verify it is to save the 10-K as a word document and compare the wording from one year to the next, or take my word for it. A genius will pretend that they just discovered something worthy and that investors should pay attention to!
