We'll see when the deal comes. I think it will result in great returns from here.
I didn't think they would let Ashcroft's options ($1.70? I think) last November. I think they are going to take the best deal that they can get whether it is crap or great. There is really nothing else for them to do at this point. Shop around, get the best offer, take it.
The deal certainly is about survival. Without one we are either finished or substantially restructuring the share count. I think the priorities are as follows:
1. Shoring up the balance sheet to get us out of survival mode and all the market to give us real credit for future potential.
2. Getting B-OM into phase 3
3. IBD/K Oral in the phase 2's is the objective.
