Congratulations to Rory and the team for closing the SC acquisition this week. It was also nice to see that they managed to solve the need for more capital at the same time.

Now that the companies and products are officially merged, it will be very interesting to see how fast the user base and ARPU will be growing, and if other verticals, such as the real-estate version, start gaining significant traction. The PR also mentioned that SC has a foothold in the affiliate marketing space, hopefully we will hear more about this in the future. I believe that tagg technology could work very nicely in affiliate marketing.
